The Admission Day

It was 6:30 am (24th July, 2016). Chattering birds woke me up.We had just freshened up and  rushed out for campus visit. There on road (in front of Aurobindo Gate) I met with Ajay Chowdhury, the first man in this college whom I met first and my father asked him about the admission block and he replied that it was in Prabha Bhawan. There I took his number and he took ours. After that we went forward and visited campus. In every point I was asking to take my photos to my brother, my father was some steps behind us. I became pleased that squirrels were freely living here and it makes this institute beautiful too. I was amazed when I saw a peacock was flying  in front of me. It was really a great moment for me, because in my state it is not rare but it is almost impossible to see such natural beauty of squirrels and peacock.

After walking about one hour we came back to hostel and had had breakfast. We took Dosa in breakfast there. After taking breakfast we went to room and took a little rest.

It's about 9 am and it's time to go for admission. We reached Prabha Bhawan and saw that there was a long queue. I took a form and filled it up. After filling that form I stood in queue. I was there alone and feeling some anxiety because they (father and brother) were not allowed in that room. Not knowing what wrong might have happened, I was very nervous. I just wanted the time to pass but it didn't. The time stops when you wait for some event to get away even if it's good. This is my view, yours might not tally with mine, but that's how I felt at that moment. Somehow I escaped from that awkward, creepy time.

Now last step left, that was fee submission. Not having sufficient money in one bank account we were unable to submit it online. So we just withdrew money from ATM and went to bank and made a DD challan. You know there we were waiting for more than two hours and that time was one of the most boring time of my life. The cashier of the bank was checking each and every note four to five times and seeing it I, not only me, all students and parents became so angry that it can't be explained( in fact, swear words were coming to my mind), you could have realized it if you were there. At the last moment I was able to submit the fee and that time I felt that a weight of hundred pounds was removed from my head. We just submitted the receipt to the academic section and then I officialy became a student of this institute, became MNIT'an felt proud of myself.

I got a room in Hostel No.1, Parijat Hostel and it was a room for three, like in the movie 3 idiot. We took the room key from the warden and went for room visit. There I met with Funny (YVN Fanendra). The third one did not arrive till that time. The room was beyond expectation, not in a good way but a severely bad way. It was dirty and dust was spread all over. But I liked the bed and chair though. I was tired enough to get down as soon as possible. I was full of appetite and I could eat a Kg of food in one go. I was hungry and extremely tired. The hell, I came back to the Aurobindo Hostel somehow and  had dinner in a rush. The dinner seemed to be good (but wasn't that good to taste).

Soon enough I was lost in dreams of my native place Tripura that I was missing a lot, especially my mom. This was a moment of relief after a struggle of 2 days. Dreams make our sleep beautiful and peaceful. Not knowing what adventures I was going to spectate in the incoming days, just sleeping was my destiny and I was satisfied with that.

I know it's boring but that's how it was. With these boring words, I would like to, try to stop.
But I want to quote one of my best friends Suraj Kumar " My life might be boring, but the story of my life isn't!"

Rest later, and rest of the rest later!
Have a Good Life!

"Puu (My home name)! O Puu! Bwsok thu baa! bwcha diba" (Mom awakening me at morning, as I'm now in native and passing my golden and black & white days. Golden because food, always in home my favorite food and black & white because there are no friends, it's boring). I woke up, though didn't want. Finishing toilet and brush doing some work like washing dishes, cleaning room.... and then taking breakfast. Then didn't do any special work. The days are going so boring in home. Passing by listening songs and sleeping and meeting with cousins. Missing a lot those days of hostel like mess with  Raviranjan Kumar Badal ,  K Santosh ; making chicken; the calling of  "Sunn Motae"  from  Suraj  and lots of activities with them. In home there is no one with whom I can enjoy, the only one person is my elder elder  Kamalesh Tripura (Nanu Da)  with whom I can share my everything like friends. The Journey Beyond States

The Story of My First Flight T he time was 12:15 pm (23rd July, 2016) at clock, it's time for left Agartala. That time I was two minded, one was full of excitements and another was deep in  sorrow. Tears were appearing in that lady's eye, that lady was no one, but she was the world's most precious thing which I have achieved from the almighty; my mom. Two drops of tears appeared in my eyes too. But a different future was eagerly waiting for me there, so I did my mind strong and just said "Bye! Meet you again very soon." to her, my sister and my friend Prakash and took a step forward. Before entering airport I just turned and saw that face that was staring at me and that time she gave a just smile that hid all the pain behind just for me to feel no worries. The time was 1:15 pm, The flight was just going to take off. The cabin crews were alerted to take the seat belt and mobile phones or electronic devices were switched off or put in airplane mode. The Journey Beyond States-II

At 5:30 pm we reached our destination. The cab driver dropped us in front of guest house, Indradhanush. I and my brother went into the guest house to talk with manager. But the manager was unable to give us a room because all room were booked and told us to go to Aurobindo Hostel. Despairingly, we left the guest house and then covered about one kilometer. We got to Aurobindo Hostel, the gigantic hostel of the college. We somehow got a room in Aurobindo Hostel. After entering the room we took some rest. In the evening we (me, my father and my brother) went out for a walk. The weather was pleasant and at that time I felt nice, because of the pleasant weather in the rainy season. We went out of the campus and after walking one to two kilometers, became tired and thirsty. I remember that finding here-and-there a cold drink shop, we finally reached a restaurant (Royal Hut) and there took a Mountain Dew. After drinking cold drink we returned to the hostel. At 9 pm we reached the hostel...
